Mary Ann Beautify Studio aims to prioritise our clients overall experience, I shall always ensure clients are comfortable and relaxed within a friendly environment. I shall ensure I am trained to a high standard and use only the best products.

I aim to be known for our exceptional dedication to our clients well being and customer satisfaction.

1. Punctuality & Courtesy

If you do not attend your appointment and do not let us know, 100% of the treatment cost will be applied.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a charge may be applied and your appointment may not be able to go ahead.

2. Cancellations

We understand some circumstances are out of your control, so every cancellation will be treated individually.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the treatment cost will be applied.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, 100% of the treatment cost will be applied.

3. Deposits

All bookings require a £10 deposit which will be taken off your total treatment cost.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

4. Repairs

Nail repairs are free of charge within the first 48 hours of your appointment. After this time period, repairs are charged at £3 per nail plus nail art charge if this applies.

5. Purchase of Retail Products

All products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

6. Gift Vouchers

Cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Valid for 12 months from purchase.

7. Price Alterations

We reserve the right to review prices inline with inflation at any time.

8. Data Protection Policy

All data is stored within GDPR guidelines, protected by ICO. You can opt out of marketing at anytime.

9. Medical Conditions

Please disclose all medical conditions to your therapist including pregnancy.

10. Mobile Phones

Please refrain from using your mobile phone during treatment when possible.

11. Hygiene

All tools and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised before and after every client.

12. Payment

Cash or bank transfer accepted. Bank transfers must be made at the time of your appointment.

13. Complaints Policy

If you are unhappy, please let me know.

14. Treatment Liability

Fully insured and qualified to perform all treatments.
